bio:
in the winter of '95
henk,david and pom decided to start a band...
henk played the drums,david
the guitar,pom sang and played guitar.
about a month later
ans joined up to play the bass.
the following summer
however she left again,the band was named sip,and they began to write their
own songs.
after a year sip recorded
their debutalbum called 'sworthy'.
then david also left
and his place was taken by yannick,who brought japie with him, who played
bass.a few months later yannick left.
pom decided to switch
from guitar to piano(rhodes).
in this form sip started
to do a lot more gigs(with zoppo, seedling,
scram c baby, among
others). and so here we are with a brand new album 'boys are stupid, boys
play drum', coming out in a few weeks!!!some real jazzy pianorock this
time, featuring soulfull
basslicks, relaxed
drumbeats, a funky organ and all sorts of stuff...
